Question: My wife is in her 24th week. We need to travel to Machilipatnam by train. But we heard there are several swine-flu cases , and being pregnant she is more sensitive. Please advice if you sugegst to take vaccine for her and any other preventive care.

Knowing well I suggest you to avoid travelling to that area as she is 24 weeks.
It can create problems.vaccines need not be 100 % protective.
