My Wife Just Passed Away On Apr 16 And Nothing

Everything will be alright
Detailed Answer:
Dear friend. Thanks for the question. I can understand because I too was affected by bereavement of my very near one.
Bereavement is sorrow, stress and thereby disappointment and then depression. Everyone have to face that once at least in their lifetime. So, in that sense it is natural. But why me?
Nobody can answer that question. But faith says it is fate. Let us conclude on that.
Secondly, as I said earlier, throughout the world millions face or faced the same fate as you. Every one was and is disappointed and depressed. Every one of them lost interest in life.
But everyone live on. The sorrow is within. Can't get away from the sorrow and the memories will be there throughout the life.. Still everyone live on with the sorrow within them.
That is where I am sure about mankind. Human being has an inate capacity to overcome such disappointment and depression. It is in our genes.
Therefore, just be faithful in your inate ability. Time will slowly bring you out of the present condition.
Take care
