Brief Answer:
In my opinion go for c- section.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting us about your health care.
I have gone through your history and understand your concerns.
As your wife is having low amniotic fluid with breach presentation, you should go for c- section delivery.
Because chances of normal delivery are not there( if first pregnancy).
If we will wait till her due date for normal delivery pain the chances of foetal demise may be there due to low amniotic fluid and foetal asphyxia.
In primi breech presentation is an indication of c- section.
So as foetal maturity is already there better to for c- section.
Hope found useful, feel free to ask more information.
Good luck
Regards
