Nausea, Extreme Fatigue, Vomiting, Dizziness, Treatment

Question: I for the past 2 years I have had some interesting symptons that no one has been able to help me diagnose. I will be fine and then suddenly get a very sudden onset of nausea and extreme fatigue. I usually throw up and then have to sleep for a couple hours than I am fine. It occurs about every 2 - 3 weeks. I can't live a normal life due to this does anyone have any suggestions? I am a 64 female.
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for your query.
It would be better if you provide us with some details on the following questions:
1.What was the first symptom to start with?
2.What activities causes these symptoms?
3.What is the duration of the dizziness?
4.Can it be induced by change in position?
5.Do you feel difficulty to read or see during an attack?
6.Are you on any medications?
Please get back with the answer.
Regards.
