Thanks for posting your query. I have gone through tour query and would suggest you to take the following medicines:
Tab. Etoricoxib 90mg in the morning and tab.
Tab. Nusaid p in tge night after food for 5 days.
Apply volini gel and do hot fomentation
Tab. DOLO 650 mg as and when required.
Drink adequate fluids and rest.
