I can see a red, dry looking, well defined, round to oval patch of skin which is most likely a fungal infection. I suggest you to try an OTC topical antifungal e.g either clotrimazole or ketoconazole cream, twice daily for a few days. In addition I suggest you to take an oral antihistamine e.g cetirizine 10mg tablet once a day for symptomatic relief from itching. take care.
