Question: Need a script for a med that just expired. I'm in between MD's, but can send a pic of the bottle from Walmart Pharmacy. Ron

I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX

Tadalafil (trade names like Cialis,Adcirca) is used to treat ED i.e.erectile dysfunction (impotence) and symptoms of BPH (benign prostatic hypertrophy ) and in treatment of corpulmonale and PAH (pulmonary arterial hypertension ) and to improve exercise tolerance.

For ED ,take 5mg tablet ,half and hour prior to the sexual activity,peak effect is attained in about 2 hours and effects may last for over 36 hours.

Do not take alcohol,other beverages, drugs and stimulating medicines with it as there is risk of overdose.It may cause PRIAPRISM where there is sustained erection with out any sexual stimulation.This can be harmful for penile tissues and vessels.
Other side effects include headache,flushing,nausea,stomach upset and giddiness.
