Need Consultation For My Diabetics
Question: Need consultation for my diabetics
I was requested in my previous consultation to get HbA1C test and come back with report. i was bit late to get the report.
During Dec 2017 i had done the test for HbA1C and it was 7.5 %
And the Prior one was on 28th May 2018 : result was 7.2 %
Here is the recent test result done on 25th Sep 2018: 6.80%

A possible reason why it's not completely under control is due to the lack of your adherence to the therapy.
I would strongly recommend not being irregular with medication.

Until when i should take that medicine "Melmet 500" ? and is there a permanent sure for this diabetics at this stage or i need to take this medication for life time ?

To answer your questions.
1. take the treatment regularly and yes it may be life long. In fact the dose may need to be changed from time to time.
2. there's no permanent cure for diabetes yet.
3. it's always better to have a diabetecian taking care of the diabetes. Regular treatment change and investigation and monitoring of diabetic complications can be done by the diabetecian.
