Need Help Interpreting Urine Test Results. A Week Ago I

Question: Need help interpreting urine test results. A week ago I had high leukosytes (53) on my routine urine test results so my doctor prescribed an antibotic which I took for a week. In retesting yesterday I had worse results - as can be seen in the attached printout- with more bad indications. The form is in Indonesian but I think they are standard categories an international doctor will understand. Please explain it to me and advise me next steps. Thank you

After reading your post and going through the attached report, I would like to know some more
information like :-
1. Any history of fever
2. Any history of pain in the back
3. Any history of stones in the urinary tract
Since your report shows significant number of leukocytes and blood in urine, I would like to advise following investigations:-
1. Urine examination (Culture/Sensitivity test)
2. Ultrasound of KUB region
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks

Dear Dr XXXXXXX
Thank you for your very helpful and informative reply. In reply to your queries:
1. No fever
2. Daily pain in the back, usually high up, sometimes lower right, but higher up circles the rib cage and has been diagnosed as intercostal neuralgia caused by psoratic arthritis
3.6-7 years ago I was diagnosed with kidney stones, cured by stone-breaking pulses.
I would be most grateful for any comments on these responses.
Regards,
David
