Brief Answer:
Cancer is suspected

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Unfortunately, based on the reports you have sent, the ascites appears to be suspected due to a cancer, most likely one that is spread to the inside of the abdomen. There are many types of cancer that could cause this, including from the ovaries, bladder, colon, breast, and others. There may have already been scans done that would help determine what the likely cause of the cancer is, and I would expect that they will follow this up with a report after looking closer at these cells and determining what type of cells they are.

I'm sorry to report this news for your aunt, please do let me know if you have any further questions or have any other results and I would be glad to help any way I can.
Thanks.
