Detailed Answer:
Hello, and welcome to "Ask A Doctor".

In pregnancy every trimester is a critical period and the parameters should be maintained properly for a healthy fetus and would be mother.
We will definitely help you with a diet chart and dietary consultation but it is even more important to be under proper doctor supervision to address this problem.
Hope you have consulted, if not then please consider consulting with your gynecologist/general physician regarding your gastritis issues( burping, stomach pain/gnawing).
Also, we require more information to make a personalized diet plan for you, like your eating habits and food preferences. You may log into "Active Health App"

My iron panel results still aren't clarified?

Is it iron deficiency anemia? What exactly is it as my low transferrin and normal saturation doesn't align with iron deficiency.

Brief Answer:
REGARDING PERSONALIZED DIET PLAN

Detailed Answer:
Hello, and welcome to "Ask A Doctor".
As a dietician, I would not be able to help you with exact diagnosis, instead I would suggest you to consult a doctor and get the situation diagnosed thoroughly because you are going through a very important phase of life. I would still try to clarify your doubts based on my experience.
Typically, low transferrin saturation is associated with iron deficiency.
However, having a normal transferrin saturation doesn't necessarily rule out iron deficiency.
Again you can have low transferrin may be because of liver inflamations or other liver diseases.
Your gastritis problems also indicates that you might be having some issues with liver.
Your specific case of low transferrin and normal transferrin saturation is unusual as per my experience.
Having said that both iron deficiency and gastritis issues are very common during pregnancy.
Hope this helps.

Thanks and Regards,
