Brief Answer:
B complex vitamins and magnesium can help neuropathy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I think you can improve your neuropathy by using B complex vitamins.
Also using magnesium supplement can help you with nerve and muscle relaxation.
It is a good thing to work and love it but better not for so long hours and better not driving so far away. Doing more exercises and gym may help improve circulation and improve neuropathy.
If it still isn't getting better you may use gabapentine.
Even antidepressants such amitryptiline is used in severe cases of neuropathy.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
