Brief Answer:
As explained below
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query. I have gone throigh your reports. You need supplements for iron, vitamin b12and vitamin d. The other values can be brought to normal by diet and lifestyle modifications.
You can take the following medicines:
Tab. Orofer XT 0-1-0 for 3 months after food.
Tab. Neurobion forte 0-0-1 for 30 days after food.
Cap. Drise 60,000 IU once a week for 12 weeks.
For other values I would suggest you to avoid oily and spicy food. Daily walking for 30 mins. Increase your fluid intake upto 3 to 4 lts per day. Include fresh fruits and salad in your diet.
I hope this helps. Please feel free to discuss further if any.
Regards.
