Hi kindly read below

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have read your query and understood your concern.
Sciatic pain is caused when a herniated disc or bone spur in the spine presses on the nerve. Increase in weight can aggravated pain. Typically the pain gets relieved by pelvic stretching excercises which can be refffered from youtube along with muscle relaxant medication such as myospaz twice a day for 3 days and regular walking to help in weight reduction. However I would recommend an orthopedic opinion for further investigation and to rule out herniated disc or bone spur.
Regards.
