Brief Answer:
hold solids, replace fluids and electrolytes, take tylenol and anti emetic

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

These symptoms are most commonly due to a viral illness. Usually lasts 1 to 5 days.

Bacterial infections of the stomach and intestines can also occur but these tend to be more severe.

You may not need to be seen. You can consider trying to take the medication/anti emetic for nausea and vomiting (eg dramamine or peptobismol) again. The tablet should be used with the smallest amount of water possible or if you choose pepto- use the chewables.

Also consider taking a dose of tylenol (again with a small amount of water) to help with the headache and chills.
Ibuprofen (or any similar meds)- should not be used because they would worsen the upset stomach.

NO solid food till 4 hours pass with no symptoms.

You need to replace the fluid that you are losing but it needs to be done slowly. If you use too much liquid at a time, it will cause vomiting.
Oral hydration products or dilute sports drinks (to dilute the sugar content which can sometimes worsen symptoms), would be the best options

Initially 1 tbs should be used every 5 mins for an hour, if this is tolerated then the amount is increased slowly

If diarrhea develops, using probiotics would help shorten the course of the symptoms

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
