I think he can do pfizer biotech vaccine.
It is recommend to be done in persons suffering from the diseases you mentioned.
It also doesn't cause blood clotting issues as reported in Astra vaccine.

We are only allowed to get Covishield or Covaxin and even we cannot make any choice amongst these vaccines as per the government. Can we go for these vaccines?

Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
I think you can go better for covaxin than covisheld. Covisheld is composed of viral vector like Astra zeneca vaccine and XXXXXXX and XXXXXXX for which thrombotic events are reported but yet benefits outweigh the risks.
Anyway consult even your gp before doing it.
