It’s about a week or two there
Itches a bit when I touch it. It doesn’t burn

Discoid eczema, topical steroid, antihistaminic

It seems to be a patch of discoid eczema.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet chlorpheniramine maleate 4 mg once daily at bedtime for 2 weeks.
This will help in resolving your problem.
