Need Tp Know Treatment Options For Gastroparesis , Gastritis And Acid Reflux

Question: Treatment options for gastroparesis, gastritis, acid reflux, stomach ulcers, acid reflux, and bile acid diarrhea all at the same time. Doctors here are puzzled and no help. Already taking bile acid binder, carafate, pepcid, and noritripyline but doesn't help. Tried reglan but it didn't seem to do anything and made me start twitching. I've lost 25 lbs in 2 months and not really getting the help i need. Pain getting worse from the ulcers and really bad acid reflux.

Please go through detailed answer dear.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for query,
Sorry to hear about your problem.
In case medical therapy and life style modification are not working you should consult a gastro surgeon and get vagectomy done.
Vagus is the nerve overstimulation of which cause severe dyspepsia (all your symptoms).
Ablation of the nerve could be considered.
Acotiamide 100 mg three times a day had been used or not?

I live in the USA so acotiamide is not available as it isn't approved by the FDA. I'd be willing to try it if I could get it.

Would things like iberogast or other herbs be helpful in the meantime while I wait for help from a gasto surgeon. The USA wait times are quite long now

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Inspite of herbicide I would suggest you to order acotiamide from an asian/ European/japan.
I did my master's from USA only, Almost every good and effective medicine is not approved by fda...Agony!
I case you need a prescription and acotiamide I could send it to you, you can mail me at YYYY@YYYY

Actually I suggest surgical procedures only when each and every drug has failed in maximum doses and in combination.
My personal experience with Nexium 80 mg twice combined with Acotiamide 100 thrice plus levosulpride/domperidon in low dose along with an anti-anxiety always have had helped my patients.
As per me any surgical procedure should be a last resort for any patient.
Invasion should be the last thing...

thank you so much for the advice! I really appreciate it. I am unsure where online to fine acotiamide. Do you have a good source where to find it? I've looked at several online places but no luck.

I am currently on nortriptyline, colestid, and carafate. Should i continue with these medications?
