Brief Answer:
No findings of multiple sclerosis or immune conditions are reported

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service,

I carefully read your query.
I did not notice any attachments with this message but in previous questions, I was able to see the only report you have uploaded.
This is a result of the neck imaging examination. There is no brain result or results of the examination of the rest of the spine.

In the report you have uploaded they give information about the joints of the cervical spine (the neck area) but not much information about the soft tissues or the spine. Thus, there is no information included that can give clues if there is multiple sclerosis or not.

To rule out multiple sclerosis it is needed to have a brain MRI and MRI of the whole spine. Soft tissues have to be visualized, including the spine, and comments should be included in the report that explain these findings.

No specific findings of autoimmune conditions are mentioned either. On the other hand, autoimmune diseases are diagnosed by the clinical picture (complaints of the patient) and some blood tests of antibodies.

I hope this answers your query. I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.
