Brief Answer:
Possibly a yeast infection or bacterial vaginosis (BV)

Detailed Answer:
Hello, I'm Dr. Branch,
Thanks for using 'Ask A Doctor' service.

A discharge like this suggests inflammation of the vagina or vaginitis. If you recently tested negative for STDs, that would leave a yeast infection or bacterial vaginosis (BV) as the most likely causes. Yeast infections typically have white, thick discharge with itching, while BV typically has thin discharge that has a noticeable fishy odor.

You may have one or both of these. One reasonable option would be to treat for a yeast infection with Clotrimazole cream, which you can get over the counter, and see if that clears it up. If not, you may have BV, which you will need to see a doctor for so that they can confirm that is the cause and start you on antibiotics.

I hope that helps, please let me know if you have any questions, I would be glad to discuss it with you further.

Regards
