Brief Answer:
As per your picture report, it could be oropharynx warts.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for your question XXXXXXX
Hope I can be of help for you today.

Through reading your query I would like to help you with this question. According to your picture report it could be oropharynx warts. It is related to Human papillomavirus (HPV) infection with HPV types 6,11,16,and 18. Oropharyngeal HPV infection is associated with sexual risk factors. In this case I would recommend you to do HPV DNA sampling or Biopsy to rule out a oropharynx cancer.

Hope I have answered your query.
Wish you have good health.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Best regards,
Dr. Heang Chan Raksmey,
