Brief Answer:
Need to see a surgeon

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

It is good that you have started antibiotics. Antibiotics may take 2-4 days for any improvement to set in. Is the pus point forming and ready to be drained out? If it drains naturally within a day or two, the area may heal by itself. You can clean the area with a local antiseptic like Betadine solution etc, rinse it will clean water and apply a Band-Aid on top of it.

Since it is getting worse, then under cover of antibiotics, you may need to get the infected area debrided by a surgeon asap. So I think you should see a surgeon. Since you are getting a fever and shaking, this may be developing into a sepsis. We need to avoid that. IV management maybe needed.
