Hi there XXXXXXX
How long have you had this pigmentation?
Was there any preceding rash with blisters or wwater-bubbles on the location before the pigmentation?
Are You allergic to any medications or drugs or foods?
If the answer to all the above is NO...then absolutely Nothing to worry about. Appears absolutely normal to the clinical eye!!
Cheers & trust this answers your query. Do feel free to get back with any clarifications if need be. Obregado :)

Hi Dr. XXXXXXX Rodrigues,
I don't remember of any blisters or water-bubbles on this location. The thing happened some years ago is I played football for 6 years and used towel's and equipment from the club. I caught some infection in the groin area. The area got some blisters (like red blisters) and it was very itching. I went to the medic and he prescribed the cream "lomexin" and it dissapeard. The glande got very red too in that time (this was like 8 years ago). What happens is that in the groin area this bubble appears from time to time. I thing this comes mainly when I'm more nervous and anxious with any kind of problem.
The area of the photo and the gland kind of "burns" through the day and when i pee. Can you assure this kind of "dark spots" can be (possibly) normal? I went to the Dr. 2 times before and he says it's normal but i get nervous all the time being this the penis and the effect it can have to the men (I don't want to loose my GF because of this kind of problems).
Thank you for your time. Obrigado! :)
Best Regards,
XXXXXXX

Hi there.
99.9% can assure you it is normal post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation on a clinical hunch & visuals.
To be 100% sure, do a serum/blood IgG & IgM test for herpes1 &2 antigens. If all normal, absolutely nothing to write home about.
Hope this is clear, i concur with the other two docs & rest easy..you wont loose your GF because of it! Cheers!

Hi there XXXXXXX
Might i suggest using a non-steroidal cream called Cicabio that aids in such situations or a similar anti-redness cream from a company called Bioderma (french).
Good Luck. Cheers!

Hi XXXXXXX
First use a mix of a hydrocortisone & fusidic acid combine cream local appln for 2 days; Then switch to the Cicabio cream i recommended earlier. This should take care of it. Remebmer to do that test i suggested too.
Cheers & Godspeed!
