Question: My tip of my penis feels wet and I have lost some size

The size of penis does not decrease but may seem falsely decreased in cold weather, stressed situations and similarly would appear bigger after physical work outs and sexual activity.
The wet tip may be indicative of some local infection. You shuould get a local swab gram stain and culture of glans penis and urine routine and culture test and complete blood counts should also be done to get better insight in the problem
