Noticed Extra Skin Growth On Anal Hole. Is This Normal?

Thank you for the query.
An extra skin in the anal hole can appear due to some conditions including: hemorrhoids, anal fissure, mucosal prolapse. In some cases such extra skin can indicate anal cancer. If so, such skin is hard, with uneven surface and tend to bleeding.
Hemorrhoids can give such extra skin which usually is like a lump, can be purple or blue, sometimes painful.
Anal fissure is some kind of a wound which gives strong pain while passing the stool. Due to inflammation an extra skin outside the anus can appear what is called sentinel pile.
Mucosa prolapse is an appearance of the mucosa outside the anus what can give skin like thing.
You may try to make it less visible with Quercus Cortex sitz baths, hemorrhoids suppositories. If it gives you pain or bothers you, surgical removal should be considered.
Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

It seems that this is how your anus looks like and there is nothing wrong in it.
