Brief Answer:
Nevi

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I am Dr. Kakkar (Dermatologist and Venereologist).I have noted your concern and I have viewed the image.

The spots seems like they are melanocytic nevi. Just like moles elsewhere. Not a result of trauma or something else. They are pretty normal and benign.

Regards.

Hi dr kakkar many thanks for your reply.

Just had a follow ip question please i have googled the term you have described. From the images it looks like a mole type.

Mine you can compare it to a mark like a haldi stain it doesnt look like a mole or similar to a mehndi stain. Have you ever seen anything like that?

What can i do to reduce the apperance? Can it be cancerous ir suggest any coagulation problems? From your expert knowledge what would the difference be?

Brief Answer:
Acquired melanocytic nevi

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

They are acquired melanocytic nevi (AMNs). Nevi can be of various shades of brown-tan to dark brown. They are completely benign. No risk of being cancerous or melanoma. AMNs can fade away themselves with time.
