Question: mainly at night while sleeping my hands and fingers will wake me cause they have gone numb and tingly. it doesnt matter what position i sleep or where i put my hands. there are times during the day where they feel tingly

The tingling and numbness in the fingers that you have are likely to be related to a benign cause like electrolyte imbalances, thyroid hormone disturbances, diabetes, etc. This could also be related to fibromyalgia that you are having. You can start taking methylcobalamin supplements for two weeks and see if there is an improvement.
In case the symptoms are persistent then do consider visiting your physician for a few blood tests.
