Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have gone through your query and understood your concern.
The white coat syndrome is a condition of a temporary hypertension (high blood pressure) that happens only when you see a doctor.
The blood pressure rise in your doctor's office and normalise immediately without specific treatements when you leave this place.
Don't worry!A lot of people have this "little" problem.
I suggest to try these tips to manage this problem.
If you’re feeling anxious or worried when you sit down to have your blood pressure measured, ask the doctor or nurse to wait a bit so you can calm down.
Breathe deeply and exhale slowly. Try a few of these breaths before your blood pressure reading.
About your TSH level,i can say that the actual resut is within the range and for this reason,i don't think that Levothyroxine is the root cause of your blood pressure jumped up.
I suggest to consult a cardiologist in your area for an heart ultrasound and the follow up of your blood pressure fluctuations.
Hope this is helpful.
Wish you good health.

I do have leg cramps at night and re-hydrate a lot and use that calcium to rub on my calves before sleep but it still happens and is painful.
The TSH at 5.4 is lower then the OLD 2010 era estimate of 6.0 but now its limit is 4.5 and my TSH is 5.4 .
My pulse rate remains low at high 40s sleeping and 55-62 resting .
I have had stress test 4 years ago and heart ultra sound and other then those sort of missed jumpy beats my cardiologist Dr Tharaja seems to dismiss .

Normal blood pressure
Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
I apologize for the late reply.
If your blood pressure(BP) has been 76-126mmHg for years this means that you had normal BP for all these years and your antihypertensive treatment is Ok.
About your leg cramps, they could happen because you work your muscles too much, or because of possible blood flow problems.
Your calcium and magnesium supplements and stretching your muscle before bed can be helpful.
I suggest consulting your local physician because apart from your medical history and your symptoms it is necessary to do a physical exam and some blood tests to look/check for the root cause of your nocturnal leg cramps. Only if we find the cause, you can have the right treatment.
A normal resting heart rate for adults ranges from 60 to 100 beats per minute. During the night, heart rate varies widely between individuals: it can be between 40–100 beats per minute and still be considered normal.
So, your pulse rate is within the range.
Your beta-blocker drug(Bystolic) can cause low heart rate, for this reason, my advice is to talk with your treating cardiologist about the right doses of Bystolic, in order to have well-controlled blood pressure and optimal heart rate.
There are certain medication used to treat ocular migraine if this condition stresses and impact your everyday life.
Hope this is useful.
Best regards.

Managing stress is important
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Kaleidoscopic vision is most often caused by ocular migraine.
Currently, no cure exists for migraine.
Kaleidoscope vision, along with any other migraine symptoms, will typically go away on their own within an hour.
Certain medications like ibuprofen, metoclopramide or dihydroergotamine can help to treat migraine symptoms.
There are also some medications (Verapamil, Timidolol, antidepressant medication ) that are prescribed off-label (i.e. for uses other than their intended purpose) that can help prevent migraines.
I suggest to consult a neurologist in your area for the right treatement of your ocular migraine.
Hope i have answered to all your questions.
Wish you good health
