Brief Answer:
It is good to get vaccination before surgical procedure.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Taking count of your history of heart disease and aortal issues you are at the risk group patients which need to have priority on getting the vaccine.
Having a surgical procedure and being in hospital may increase the risk of exposure towards covid19.
It is good to take the vaccine as soon as possible . You may get some immune system protection since the first week after vaccination but you need two weeks after second dose to have full protection.
Hope I have answered the question.
