PEP Is Required In Exposure With Massage Parlour
Question: Hi doctor,
2 days ago I had intimate session in a massage parlour.
We were both naked. I fingered her( I bite the skin around nails, but it was dry at the time) and i may have touched the penis with same hand. She tried to sit on me. But I stopped her from doing that. We cuddled a lot but I think never my penis touched her vagina. After few minutes she masturbated me. And she rubbed her vagina on my side thighs for few minutes.
I did not insert my penis in her vagina and never knowingly touched vagina with my penis also.
What is the risk i possess and would you recommend PEP for my case

Brief Answer:
PEP is not required in your exposure.
Detailed Answer:
Dear,
You have intimate foreplay session with massage girl followed by masturbation but no penetrative sex so the risk of getting HIV is very unlikely so don't get anxious or worried. There is no need of PEP in your exposure also so just calm down, forget the episode and live your life normally.
As your friend, I will advice to stay away from such unsafe practices to prevent the future risk of HIV or any other STDs. If you have any other doubt, feel free to ask me again any time.
Thank You
