Question: I get buttox pain and throbbing pain in left leg
After ejaculation so not wanting to have sex alone
Or with wife any clues?

I think I am asking is what muscles are innvolved

Hi there,

Sorry for the delay. Some technical problems with my system.
It is difficult to tell what may be the cause for your buttocks pain without examining.
Pubococcygeal muscles are the main muscles involved in the sexual act.
The muscles in the buttocks, thigh, abdomen also involve in the sexual act.
Hence it would be better to visit a neurologist for the pain.
