Brief Answer:
X Rays are within normal limits

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have read your complaints and seen the x rays and prescription.
Anterior knee pain is very common at this age esp. after sitting cross legged or on chair for a long time. It is called Chondromalacia patellae- that is thinning and irregularity of under surface of patella .
Your x rays are normal as expected .
I would suggest avoid sitting cross legged for sometime , Keep your knee straight when sitting or working.
Take pain killers as and when required.
Start Quadriceps exercises- will be taught to you by your physiotherapist.
Overall not a cause for worry.
Thanks for the question. I hope to have answered your query. Please feel free to ask any other question.
Thanks.
