33, female, long time specially after pregnancy. may be 5 years back. not injured leg. no medication

Hi,

Thanks for the info.

It is very common for women of you age to have decreased calcium in bones,

It is wise to start calcium supplements.

Tab TAYO one taken in the morning after food for 2 months would surely show some change.

Do get Vitamin D3 test done, if it is low no amount of calcium from diet or tablets would help ypou.
