Pain In My Neck, The Tendons Re Standing Out, And
May be due to muscle sprain. Follow up with a bit more information
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your query and here is my advice.
As per your history, it may be due to muscle sprain.
For that continue tablet Tylenol or alternatively you can take tablet motrin (Ibuprofen) 400 mg every 8 hourly. Apply diclofenac gel locally. Heating pads will also help. Still kindly follow up with a bit more information.
Please let me know do you have history of injury or trauma to neck, numbness or tingling sensation in upper limbs?
In that case you may require MRI neck, nerve conduction studies, vitamin B12 level after detailed medical examination and spine surgeon opinion to rule out cervical spondylosis or nerve compression.
Along with that restrict your neck movements. Take proper rest.
Hope I have answered your query and let me know if I can assist you further... Thank you.
