Pain In The Both Palm For Entire Day. It Is
Question: Pain in the both palm for entire day. It is on higher side when at morning when she wake-up. Few times it turn yellow color.
This is there for last 4-5 months & we have already consulted doctor and taken most of the tests as per their advise. But still now it is not cured. Attached all the report for your reference.
Request you to kindly clarify below points

Hi, I am Dr. Gopal Goel Orthopedic Surgeon.
I have gone through the complaints and seen all the reports which are within normal limits. Even X-Ray does not any gross abnormality.
Early morning stiffness or pain is generally due to osteoporosis or rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatoid being ruled out since anti-CCP antibodies are normal. That leaves us with the main possibility of osteoporosis, even though your vitamin D levels are normal.
Yellow color in the palm could not be explained by any of these diseases. It is normally seen when you have jaundice and liver disease. Your Vitamin B12 is on the lower side ( we take around 500 to be normal).
I suggest the following
1. Please get your Liver function tests, and Bone Densitometry.
2. Start vitamin B12 injections and take 10 doses.
3. Start calcium and vitamin d3( maintenance doses).
4. Get a check-up by a physician to rule out any vascular disease.
