Further investigations seem necessary. Read below.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service.
I have read your query and here is my advice.
I examined the reports that you uploaded too.
A condition that is characterized by elevated levels of beta-carotene in the blood may cause yellow palms.
Besides hypothyroidism that has been excluded, other conditions that in rare cases may cause such issues, include diabetes, high blood fats, liver disease, and kidney disease.
Nerve conduction study and x-rays don't identify any condition such as nerve entrapment, arthritis, etc. that may justify the pain.
Fascitis or inflammation of the muscles coverings may justify such pain and painkillers may help in such case.
In such a case, impaired blood flow of the hands (arteritis for example) may be an explanation.
I suggest you discuss with the primary care Doctor for further examinations such Doppler ultrasound of the arms, and blood tests for diabetes, blood fats levels, liver, and kidney function in order to get a correct diagnosis.
Treatment depends on the diagnosis.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Looks every time we approach a doctor & show the reports they suggest new tests. Since all the reports show negative/no problem.
Can you please suggest required test/examinations which shall isolate the issue & we can take correct treatment to cure this problem without much delay.
Please note : Blood test and liver function test already done and I have attached the report.
Thoracic outlet syndrome to consider.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again.
Since the tests you refer excluded previously mentioned conditions, I think that blood flow problems of the arms should be assessed.
Conditions such thoracic outlet syndrome may be considered in such case.
Doppler arteriography, the "compression test", etc. are necessary tests to assess correctly this possibility.
Hope this helps.

Other than Doppler arteriography (Compression test) is there any other test do you recommend to root cause this issue? If so please let me know the tests details.
Thanks Doctor.
Answered below.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.
Doppler arteriography is an examination that evaluates entire arm blood supply patterns.
Together with the compression test these are necessary examinations to evaluate thoracic outlet syndrome.
I don't think that there are other necessary tests for now.
The diagnosis is achieved step by step.
Hope this helps.
Greetings.
