Pain In The Breasts And Nipples. What Does It Indicate?

Question: Pain in the breasts and more painful nipples usually for almost 10 days in a month after 10 to 15 days of mensus. No lumps found on physical examination by me.Kindly let know the possible reason and suggest corrective action. Thanks Sridevi
