You have provided a single line description of your symptom. How long have you been dealing with this problem? Are there any other associated symptoms?

Nevertheless the most common cause of stomach pain and discomfort in the chest is dyspepsia - gastritis and GERD. I'd suggest to try acid lowering medications like Cap Nexpro L twice daily for 2 weeks and see if you get better.

In addition avoid hot and spicy food as well as beverages.
