Question: red spots comes up in my body they not painful first than their be come more red and bigger and hard their come 3 to 4 next to each other

The images you have attached here are not clear, though I can make out the lesions the details by which I can diagnose are not clear.

The lesions appear as allergic ones which may be seen in insect bites.

I would need some more information on the lesions like

Since when did you have these lesions ?
Do you have itching around them ?
Are you on any medication for any other illnesses ?
Have you tried any medication for the current problem?
What are the sites involved generally ?

Please do attach an image with better resolution so that I can understand better and opine specifically.
