1. Yes i am in a committed relationship and we use condoms each time.
The only non condom use came from a handjob about 6 months ago from someone else.
2. No i don’t use anything on that area. There is a history of jock itch (thighs) that has gone untreated. The treatment provided was too strong.
3. My partner and I use condoms. She does not have any current issues. She does have eczema on her legs and arms.
4. No blood work since August. They were normal then.
5. Medical issues occurring now include dysuria and the penis skin feels like a sun burn. I have done a full panel of std test (within the last 2 months) including herpes 1/2 (swab of the area), HIV, Syphylis, and urinalysis (showed dehydration) and gonorrhea/chlamydia and trich. All negative.

Brief Answer:
As detailed
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your detailed feedback.
The most probable causes I can think about for the problems you have as follows:
- Allergy to condom as it is made up of latex.
- Latex in condom can enhance the pre-existing problems.
- Fungal infection as you already have jock itch.
- The stickiness can be due to dermatitis or even smegma (natural secretion in this area but enhanced due to dermatitis.)
- I hope eczema with your partner has been confirmed and treated by a Dermatologist.
- It is better to get jock itch cleared. Request for mild treatment.
- Per say, the dermatitis does not look that severe.
- Clean the area with lukewarm water 2 to 4 times a day and keep the area dry.
- Use loose clothes and allow aeration whenever possible.
- Avoid condom or change to another brand with best possible in-built lubrication. This too needs to be cleaned immediately after intercourse.
- Dysuria with normal urine report may be better with plenty of oral fluids. Good to know that your STD panel is negative.
I hope this answers your query and helps you.

Thank you for the detailed response. I’ll be visiting the doctor in 2 weeks.
Eczema has been there for her since teen years. It comes and goes (treats with simple prescribed lotion).
Could the hand job from a few months ago be causing these issues or what could that hand to penis action cause that i can get tested for?
Other than that you have answered my question with great detail. 5 stars.

Brief Answer:
Not related to hand job
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your appreciation.
Handjob few months ago is not connected to this problem. So no worry about it.
So no need for any tests.
