Question: Per my previous question about my colonoscopy and endoscopy nearly 6 years ago, my question really is whether typically this would have been enough time for something really bad to have developed or whether having these procedures again now should catch whatever issues there are early enough. Hopefully you can see the reports that I attached previously on this.

Answer given below

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.
As per the records-
1. You do not have Barrett's esophagus
2. No evidence of H.pylori
3. No ulcer or growth in the stomach
4. Chronic gastritis
5. Hyperplastic polyp in the left colon.
Unless you have any symptoms, there is no need to repeat the tests as it is unlikely anything bad would have developed within this period.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.
