Brief Answer:
Perineal itching

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX,
Welcome to Health care magic.
Perineal itching is a common symptom of a parasitic infection caused by a worm called Enterobius vermicularis.
This worm is commonly called as pin worm or thread worm.
This infection usually presents with intense itching in perineal and perianal area.
Other symptoms include abdominal pain and irritability.
It can also cause sleeplessness because the itching is more in the night.
I suggest a perineal swab test for microscopy.
This test can determine if the infection is parasitic or bacterial.
I also suggest Tab Atarax thrice daily for the itching.

Please get back if any more doubts.
Thanks.
