my penis have a small pimples .what kind of medicine to use this decise.help me sir

Did you have unsafe unprotected sex anytime?
Do they itch/pain/hurt?

Okay do not be afraid, it is infection and will heal, take regular treatment for 10days in supervision of local clinician.
Tab Rantac 150 twice a day one hour before meals.
Tab Microdox/Doxy-1 100mg once a day after meals and 90minutes after Rantac morning dose. First dose of doxycycline to be taken is 200mg.
Apply cream Lobate-GM/Betanate-GM twice a day for 10days.
Take fresh photo there after and tell me in in follow up query.
