Brief Answer:
hyper sensitivity to sunlight with melanin pigmentation disturbances.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor services.
I have read your query with attached photo images.

* As per my clinical experience, the issue of hyper pigmentation of joints involving
proximal and distal interphalanges indicate hyper sensitivity to sunlight mostly altering
melanin pigmentation path of particular areas.

My guidelines at present for best recovery

- Avoid direct sun exposure for a long period of time particularly over affected body parts
- Fair use of cotton white gloves during out side visits.
- Anti septic cleansing of the parts.
- Local application of aloe vera gel helps both healing as well as tearing problem.
- Plenty of liquids to maintain hydration.
- Avoidance of wearing ring till recovery as it will make friction with the particular areas
when applying and removing.
- Control of blood sugar.

Do feel free to discuss further regarding the issue.
Wish you best health ahead.

Thank you.
