Please Advice If There Is Any Ointment I Could Use To Get Rid Of These Back Pimples

Question: Hello Doctor,
I have developed back pimples/acne recently ( for past 3/4 weeks) even though there is no change in my hygiene routine.
I use orthopedic back support for good 10/12 hours while working, could the constant heat from that be one of the factors?
Please advice if there is any ointment I could use to get rid of these back pimples

Brief Answer:
Benzoyl peroxide
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query.
I could not find any attachments.
Constant heat is definitely a cause for acne on back as it causes blockade of sebaceous gland ducts.
You can use Benzoyl peroxide face wash gel.
Apply the gel over your back and keep it for 5 minutes then wash it off.
This should help you.
If possible upload a photograph of the involved area.
Waiting for your response.
Thank you.
