Hello ,
I have gone through the report. As you have mentioned you currently have pregnancy of 12-13 week gestational age, this blood picture can very well appear. There can be only 2 reasons.
One is a normal response to pregnancy in the form of elevated white cells and ferritin as an acute phase reactant.
Other can be due to a infection, usually urinary tract infection.
You can go for a urine routine and culture test to detect urine infection.

I have gone through the report. As you have mentioned you currently have pregnancy of 12-13 week gestational age, this blood picture can very well appear. There can be only 2 reasons.

Sir they gave me 1000mg ferriinject..so doctor said it is bound to be high . Now it is coming down...also pls advise me shall i be worried about CML

Hello dear. So ferrinject is intravenous iron and that can cause rise in ferritin levels. Any hemoglobin value above 11 is ok for pregnancy. Moreover, I will suggest to take oral iron therapy to maintain hemoglobin above 11.

Yes sir one more thing...sorry to bother but i have done cbc atleast 6 7 times last year or may be more than that..except for two times..my wbc have always been over 11.5..so i am asking about CML. moreover peripheral blood smear is good enough to show any blood disorder like leukemia...pls understand that i am a hypochondria patient since last 11 years and this CML fear has taken my life and...
