Question: hello docotor,

i delivered baby boy through normal procedure. there are strech marks around my waist can you please advise anything to remove them?

Hi,

Stretch marks on the waist like any other pigmented spots will gradually improve over time. I would only suggest a good moisturizing agent application and exercises a few days later to tone abdominal muscles.

If stretch marks persist beyond 4-6 months specific depigmentation medications may be used.
