Please Advise If I Am On Road To Recovery Or Anything Else Is Required

Question : Had the following symptoms:
Fever since a week of 101.5
Sore throat
Mild coughing

Consulted the doctor, under went rt pcr test which came out negative.
Underwent ct scan which gave a score of 11/25, doctor said I mild infection.

Tablets prescribed:
1) Doxycycline
2) Ivermectin
3) Zinc
4) Vitamin C
5) Dolo
6) fomtide octacaps
7) Montek lc

Injections for 5 days
1) Dexona
2) Enoxaparin 40mg

Fever and sorethroat has subsided but the coughing with sputum exisits.
Still 2 more doses of injections remaining.
Please advise if I am on road to recovery or anything else is required.

Hi,
I have gone through the attachments you have provided.
Continue same treatment.
Also start Azithromycin 500 mg once a day after breakfast for 5 days.
Also start pulmoclear tablet twice daily.
And add syrup Aerodil SF expectorant 10ml thrice daily before food.
All for 5 days.
No need to worry, you will be.
