Please Advise On The Medication For IBS And Gilbert's Syndrome Since Last 20 Years

Question: Hi Dr

I have been diagnosed with IBS and Gilbert's syndrome since last 20 years. I have also anxiety disorder.

My current medication for IBS are

Levosulphride 25mg 1+1
Lansoprazole (30mg) One daily

For anxiety

Prozac 1+1
Alparozalm 0.5 mg 1+1+1

I have the following symptoms
A. Alternative constipation and diarrhoea
B. Bloating
C. Gas
D. Sneeze which relieves the symptoms

My sleep is fine and so is diet. I am slightly overweight.

Once in 10 days I have headache due to gas. I take Ansaid for relief.

My blood cp, RFT, TSH, urine, stool are fine. LFTs have slightly raised biluribin.

Recently I have itching on anal area. I have had colonoscopy which is fine. Due to itching stool shape is not right.

Please advise on the medication.
