I need few more details for a clear picture:
1. Any fever or cough?
2. Is it just nasal block only, or nasal discharge too?
3. If present, what is the nature of discharge- clear watery/mucoid/thick yellowish?
4. Is the discharge in one nostril only, or both sides?

Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thank you for the details given.
This is absolutely normal in young infants.
We need to consider it as a disease only if there is purulent discharge or associated fever/cough.
Apart from a noise from nose while breathing/feeding, there is no harm for baby from this. This rather causes discomfort to caregivers hearing the noise:-). Despite the noise, baby will be comfortable.
Occasionally, if the blockage is severe, it may cause difficulty in breathing or taking feeds. In such cases, you can use saline nasal drops(SALINA OR NASOCLEAR nasal drops). Instil 2 drops in each nostrils 3-4 times a day for 5 days, and occasionally as needed thereafter.
I hope this answer will help you
I would be happy if you need further assistance
